About Us
ConcordVT.com's mission is to create an engaging online presence and publish an online magazine featuring writing, illustration, art and photography from and about the Concord Vermont area. We wish to celebrate the unique heritage, countryside, traditions, and people of Northern New England and explore issues of contemporary interest to Vermonters and visitors to the Northeast Kingdom. In addition, we wish to provide a vehicle to display the uniqueness of our community and promote the area clubs, organizations and businesses which serve our population of visitors, seasonal residents and townsfolk.
Submissions
concordVT.com is interested in any article, query, story idea, photograph or photo essay that has to do with Concord and the surrounding area. As an area online magazine, we are most interested in pieces that present positive aspects of life within the surrounding area of Vermont and New Hampshire. We have no rules, however, about avoiding controversy when the presentation of the controversial subject can illustrate some aspect of our regions unique character.
